Join Zelda Hotaling and Molly Brindle in the beautiful Saratoga Spa Park Wellness Center as we prepare for the potent energies of the Winter Solstice with a sacred drumming circle.  Let's gather up the energy together for Winter!  Following the drumming circle, you'll learn to create a house blessing hanging from natural materials to bring prayers and blessings to your home.  This includes a medicine bundle to feed the spirits of our ancestors.    

Bring your drum, lunch and a favorite blanket!  Zelda will have drums for sale and drums on hand for those who need to borrow one. Water, tea and light refreshments will be provided.
