Good Grief: A Lighter, Heartfelt Look at Loss

There is no death, for life is eternal. That which we hold most dear in this lifetime is but a microcosm of our soul’s life. When we “shuffle off the mortal coil” and return home, we are reunited with both our bipedal loved ones and our four-legged fur babies. We are living in a time when the veil between the dimensions is thinning, and communication from what’s often referred to as the “Other Side” is increasing. Grief is real, it is painful, it transforms us and follows us throughout our lifetime. But take heart, for those you mourn are eagerly awaiting your awakening to the fact that they can hear and see you! Do not let self-doubt and fear cloud your expression of soul consciousness. Dare to speak to them, to invite them to visit your dreams, to notice the many, many signs they send you to get your attention. These stories are bound to make you laugh and cry as you learn from those who’ve recognized the signs and reached across the veil to acknowledge departed loved ones. Don’t hesitate, they are waiting to share something, or ask forgiveness, to have you feel their love, or maybe just to let you know that they are still there.

Reiki Master Molly Brindle capped a decades-long career in sports sponsorship and media with the study of energy healing, including spiritual life coaching, Reiki, aromatherapy, Forest Bathing and Bach Flower Remedies.  In 2021, she founded Life Clarity LLC, offering Reiki sessions with intuitive guidance, as well as group events including Intro to Shinrin-yoku|Forest Bathing and Sacred Circles.

She volunteers her Reiki services for Community Hospice of Saratoga as well as at her local domestic violence center, and also offers client sessions at Complexions Spa for Wellness in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Molly considers energy healing one of the greatest gifts in her life for the spiritual connection it creates.  In 2024, she received a message from her late father, who published two novels and taught creative writing at a Michigan college, and began writing her second book, Good Grief: A Lighter, Heartfelt Look at Loss, to be published shortly by Balboa Press.  Her first book, A Balloon for Grandpa, came out in January of 2025, and she looks forward to having both books available on Amazon by early 2026.
